I am a registered business with my own ABN.
I also have liability insurance, police check and supply all my own cleaning products.
My services will include washing all external and fixtures such as cupboards, doors, removal of marks where needed. cleaning of bathrooms, toilets and shower recesses, thorough kitchen cleaning, including cook-tops.
Glass surfaces are cleaned(excluding windows), timber furniture and other surfaces wiped down and dusted. floors are washed and full vacuum cleaning is undertaken.
This service MAY include washing, ironing, changing bed-linen, bed-making for those who may have a physical disability or a limited capability..Everyone else will incur an additional cost if they wish for these extra duties to be done.
Ovens, fridge/freezers and windows can also be cleaned for an additional cost.
A minimum of 3 hours is required.
For seniors and pensioners the minimum call-out charge of three hours per visit for cleaning may be reduced to two hours where this is appropriate.
